Make a concerted effort to create a guest list.

Making a guest list is a critical first step in planning an intimate wedding. Your guest list should only include relatives and friends who you couldn't imagine being married without.

Consider having a beach wedding.

Saying "I do" in front of a gorgeous natural background at a beach wedding is a fantastic alternative because it frequently means spending less money on decorations.

Before making a decision, consider the weather.

Investigate the weather in your preferred destination for the time of year you want to marry, since many countries have dry and rainy seasons, as well as periods when the temperature might be unusually hot or cold. This knowledge might help you avoid terrible weather on your wedding day.

Create an idea board on Pinterest.

Create an inspiration board to assist you in focusing on the appearance and feel of your perfect wedding. To make a mood board, simply collect images of weddings, flowers, colors, cuisine, rings, dresses, and the site of your big day.

Engage the services of a wedding coordinator locally.

Hiring a wedding organizer who lives and works in the city where you wish to marry might make determining local marriage rules and traditions much easier. They will be well-versed in the area's particular and may even have a few shortcuts up their sleeves. They may also have a list of the best local firms to do business with.

Think about what you'll need to travel.

There may be requirements like Covid tests, visas, or particular vaccines in order for you, the bridal party, and other guests to arrive on time for the wedding.

Examine your state's marriage laws.

If you're planning a destination wedding, you should check local laws to determine if a marriage license is required.

Create a website for your wedding.

If you create an online registry with all of the important information about your wedding, you will receive fewer questions from visitors. The quickest routes to your wedding venue, travel requirements, where you will block out rooms or residences, ground transportation information, and other crucial data may all be included.
